Paul Hagen joined Alfa Laval in 2006 – bringing with him 7 years of heat transfer experience. His 16 years of heat transfer experience includes: Process water, Hot water systems, Cooling loop, and UPW systems applications.

Paul attended Delaware Technical College where he earned an AAS in Electromechanical Engineering and also holds a BAS in Engineering Technology from the University of Delaware.

As the USA Semicon and Data Center Sales Manager for Alfa Laval’s Industrial Equipment Segment, Paul is responsible for managing these important industries within the USA . Paul is based out of Newark Delaware.
